3 R’s of Every Successful Listing Agent
So, yep, I wrote my second LinkedIn article yesterday. I wanted to address some common traits that we repeatedly see when comparing the top listing agents to the mediocre, or worse, real estate agents and brokers that are out there.
2. Replication – getting one seller top dollar in record time could be a fluke. Getting multiple sellers multiple offers – week in and week out – that’s not a fluke. That’s some seriously hard advertising, pushing properties out with aggressive marketing and understanding how to budget and use technology properly… unless there’s only one brokerage in a market, in which case, all bets are off. And I know a lot of agents who’d love to know where this utopia exists, since they’d love to sell there.
