If you’ve written an article and would like us to feature it, send us the link and we’ll check it out.  The only rule we have about submissions is no spammy stuff.  A link to your brokerage, service or product in the last paragraph is fine (we know that everyone has to eat, lol), but we want to be sure that the information in this section is real estate news and updates that are interesting to agents and brokers who are trying to increase their business and understand how technology like social media, search marketing, and mobile marketing can be successfully used with the ‘oldies but goodies’ such as referrals, postcard marketing, periodical inserts and so on.

Woohoo!  We’re delighted to have your submission.  Let’s just be clear on the guidelines so there’s no confusion on either side.

  • Submit original work if you want to be credited for authorship (and get a link back to your site, brokerage, blog, etc)
  • Submit someone else’s article if you think it’s newsworthy – BUT they’ll get the link and the credit if we use it.
  • No spam.  Keep it to a link in the last paragraph to your URL, please.  Quality reading is what makes people come back to read again.
  • Include the URL and title that you’d prefer (we do reserve editorial discretion when it comes to the title and description.
  • That’s pretty much it.
